Terah - Office Manager

Terah has been working at our practice for over 20 years.  She loves working in orthodontics, watching the transformation of the patients’ personality when the teeth begin to straighten up. She enjoys working with her team because they have a passion for excellence, they maintaining good communications with the patients, and they really care about the patients comfort.  Terah is married to Dr. Alan Akridge and she has two children, Bailey and Jake, from a previous marriage.

Kim - Assistant Office Manager

Kim has been working with our practice since 2005. She enjoys getting to know the patients and their families throughout their treatment. Kim feels that the most rewarding moment is when they get their braces removed and seeing their big beautiful smiles!! Kim is originally from Indiana but has lived in Louisville since 1993. She enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her 3 kids Megan, Mallory and Bryce and her husband Brian.

Tammi - Orthodontic Assistant

Tammi is a wonderful orthodontic assistant with a strong desire to help others. She has been working in the orthodontic field since 1998 and she still enjoys seeing all of the bright, beautiful smiles of her patients. Tammi enjoys helping her patients and watching how much people grow and change during orthodontic treatment. She also enjoys the company of her team, and feels blessed to work with such a wonderful group of caring, loving, fun people. Tammi and her husband, Craig, have lived in Campbellsville since 1982. They have one daughter, Deidre, and one cat.

Amber - Orthodontic Assistant

Amber has worked with us as an orthodontic assistant since 2008. She has been in and out of the orthodontic field, but once she started working here, she decided that she wanted to make working in orthodontics her career. She loves the challenges of working with so many different people, and is always excited about learning new orthodontic techniques. Amber takes great pride in her work, and is excited about sharing in your orthodontic experience with you. When she's not at the practice, Amber enjoys spending time with her fiance, Richie and her daughter, Cayla. She has two pets, a dog, named Bella, and a cat named Gracie.

Sandra - Orthodontic Assistant

Sandra joined our team in 2007. Getting into orthodontics purely by chance, Sandra came to love the profession, and decided to make her job as an orthodontic assistant into a career. She loves seeing the results that each patient achieves once their treatments are complete. Sandra enjoys watching as her patients' confidence grow as their smiles become perfect. Sandra strives to deliver the best care possible. Outside of the practice, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband Thomas, their children Isaiah and Ethan, and their bulldog Ace.

Teresa - Lab Technician

Teresa joined our team in 2011, and she is our lab technician.
